Last night I made my old special, butterbut squash and sweet potato soup, alongside thick crusty bread. Nothing better to warm the insides and fill you up completely.

Feeling the pounds slowly pile on, I forced myself, yet again to exercise this morning. Jogging 2 miles in 22 minutes. Horrendous. Hated every minute. But if that's what it takes to get back my 18 year old figure....well I'll give it a try ;)

Apple crumble tonight :)
